Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support immediately with your order number, phone number and your name. If your order has already been processed and shipped, please proceed with a return if the item is no longer needed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect products). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
