This powder is made from the stems of Gyokuro tea plants grown under traditional shade, carefully roasted to bring out a rich aroma.
It combines the natural amino acids (umami) of Gyokuro with the clean, fragrant notes of the stems, resulting in a refined nutty and caramel-like aroma.
The flavor is smooth with minimal bitterness and a clear, refreshing aftertaste.

覆い下茶園で栽培された玉露の茎部分を香り高く焙じたものをパウダーにしました。
玉露由来のアミノ酸(うま味)と、茎(棒)の澄んだ香りが合わさり、ナッツ・カラメル様の香ばしさがきれいに立つ。渋みが出にくく、後味がクリア。茎は葉よりカフェインが少なめ。さらに焙煎で尖りを抑えるので、夜のドリンクにもおすすめです。
